I have a new mac and have been running 365 without any issued but since the latest update and the lastest ios update it has now stopped working,

It opens up but as soon as you go to do anything the program freezes.

I have tried un installing it and re installing it

I have ensured my memory is enough, hardly anything saved on the mac as all in the cloud.

i have prev downloaded most of the extras like fonts and packs etc so wondering if thats caused an issue

the tech support have not been any help

anyone got any ideas as I am so frustrated
