I believe magic in these numbers - 64 bit depth, sample rate 192.000 khz, bitrate 24576kbps
Any clue ?

Its interesting. I have no answer, just some info.
It looks codec ....../H.264 is supported.
Does PowerDirector support HEVC?Video
formats: 264, 265*, 26L, 3G2, 3GP, 3GP2, 3GPP, ASF, AVC, AVI, BSF*,
DIV, DIVX*, DVR-MS, FLV, H264, H265**, HEVC**, JSV, JVT, M1V, M2P, M2T,
M2TS, M2V, M4V, MK3D*, MKV, MOD, MOV, MP4, MP4V, MPE, MPEG, MPG, MPV,
MTS, MVC*, QT, TOD, TP, TPD, TRP, TS, TTS, VC1*, VOB, VRO, WM, WMV, WTV.
And can't find info about PD chroma subsampling.
But interesting here :
https://www.rtings.com/tv/learn/chroma-subsampling.
A signal with chroma 4:4:4 has no compression (so it is not subsampled) and transports both luminance and color data entirely. In a four by two array of pixels, 4:2:2 has half the chroma of 4:4:4, and 4:2:0 has a quarter of the color information available. The 4:2:2 signal will have half the sampling rate horizontally, but will maintain full sampling vertically. 4:2:0, on the other hand, will only sample colors out of half the pixels on the first row and ignores the second row of the sample completely.
As i understood 4:2:0 most used. So you have a better quality video, but can't import to all video editing soft. I was same not lucky with apple 10 phone, then checked "better quality video" and maybe there was same "issue", just there was MOV file.

Well i have this problem too and it is related to hardware , so all you can do is PD preview set to HIGH preview resolution , but i think we need LOW preview resolution .
By the way, another known soft as Adobe...... has function then they making another same videos as in your project, but with small resolution. So imagine all your project as thumbnails with lowest FPS and lowest pixels to reduse load on your PC. But your original video is standing intact too.
And in this case we can make 8k video using very old PC, and video produce time will be 15 hours
In PD as i understood we have only reduced preview.

Then project is done and you need to change something its really hard to replace, most time no need to overwrite, crossfade working only left and i think no need to insert. So all these very good to create something, but most all of them destroy timing, then video project is done and you must replace some video with another video.
I think you must focus on not moving any existing video in project and just after this must be option- " maybe you want to move". Too many checkbox must be checked in order to prevent any timing move.
I even creating 4 and more rows of video , because thats the way to prevent moving video, i can lock them. But in this case i sacrifice about 4 transitions.
I making video clip and then audio and video is adjusted its VEEEERY HARD to change something in the beginning. If all in 1 line i think its impossible to change and not move rest. Please focus on not move timing of all the rest video in any case and only after that small option " maybe you want to move".
And let that focus be easy. Let's say it locks all lines automatically, but most problem again, then all video in 1 line.

Everytime, then you came back after setting mask, losing previuos setup or hard to change previuos setup. Something weird. I must save after every change, because there is no came back or if pressing undo, it shows wrong prieviuos setup or showing no mask at all. There is a bloody way to set this mask properly, but something is wrong there.
In better understanding, i imported 3 times same video to set mask about normal, because in 2 previuos i did UNDO, till point there was video imported, but mask still in place somehow. Can't find proper way to delete mask.
