TY I will make 16:9 the default as all my video is shot in that.
I have a canon hv20. I imported the m2t files in without any problems.

Very easy to use, set up effects etc

Went to produce the dvd and selected write to file.

However, the aspect ratio always comes out as 4:3. I am starting with widescreen video.

How do I get the DVD/file to be widescreen.

ALSO, is there any way to use flac files with this as most of my music is saved in the flac format.

I have pd7 version 7.00.1628 running on vista 64.

I seems to work very well.

I have been editing 5 .m2t files (from canon hv20). Everything was fine and working until I decided to tidy up some directories.

I moved the video files I was working with into another directory. When I started PD7 and loaded the project it asked where the files where. I then pointed to the new directory. No problems it picked all the files up.

Everything was fine - video edited, animations etc except there was no sound.

If I put the files back to the original directory it simply refuses to see them! Very strange.

Now I have a near finished project but no audio.

I hope this makes sense.

ty for any assistance
Mark
