Hi,
I have reinstalled my PD16 on my brand new Dell XPS15, and after about a couple of hours of work the preview window went black. You can see a picture when it is paused, but it is black when you hit play. You can hear sound.
One thing thing I noticed is that this issue occured after I tried to use Magic Cut. (Magic Cut took forever, 45min even for a small and short clip and the output was not watchable (black))
I can view the clips in the library OK.
I have ensured the boxes to the left of the track are checked and I'm only using one track.
I have tried to disable hardware acceleration and cleared temporary files in the Preferences but no change.
I have tried different filetypes, but same issue for all.
It is so strange since PD worked fine for some time and then not so much.
What can I do to fix this issue?
