Yes , something like that. So far I've been using Affinity Designer for that. It use vector > giving very nice lines.

Sadly Cyberlink has not made any tutorials about how to use Travel pack 4 , just a few videos showing next to nothing.
That 15 sec video was just to show Steve G what effect I was looking for.
I'm using Windows 10 and Powerdirector 19 ultimate

What I'm looking for is how to use Travel Pack 4 , because hopefully it will take lot's of less time to do that.

Some days ago I got Travel Pack 4 , but i can't figure ot how to use it. I want to use it on a map ( PNG screenshot of a map)
Any ideas ?

I'm a newbie to video editing.
