Is anyone using Youcam successfully with a Lenovo built-in Easycam?

I was having problems with Windows 10 not finding the built-in camera off and on and ended up uninstalling Youcam. Before reinstalling it, I'd like to make sure that it appears not to create any problems.

How do we get a reply from customer support?

I contacted them a few days ago to resinstall the version that I had already purchased and am not hearing back from anyone.

If there isn't going to be an easier, automated process, it would be great to hear back on the same day, or at least on the following day.

Any suggestions on how to reach someone?
