Quote Do you think that a custom profile with lpcm or dd audio will work for you. That would be what I would do.

I looked up how to do this. The LCPM audio is a lot higher quality than the AAC. I'll keep experimenting here.

Thank you for the pointer.

Are you getting this problem with AAC? Because I get this problem only when with AAC but not when I export as Dolby Digital, Which is a problem for me, cause i need to export as AAC.

I dumped AAC and it distorts. Also h264AVC which support told me to use for youtube and the sound quality is AWFUL. Like unusable.

I've been back with support and after a few days they always come back with another question and no results. Finally after two weeks they just said "I can't hear a difference" in the audio quality, which is how I just found this post and a bunch of others.

Frankly, something is seriously horrible with how they produce sound. It's past my 30 days so I can't just get a refund, but this program is absolutely unusable for me like this.

Is there any way to produce with stereo audio that doesn't compress? I'm not too up on video production, but in the olden days I always just used uncompressed files and youtube didn't pork the audio too badly if you were using an HQ setting when watching.
