There is no reason for this except a fault in the program. I'm tired of this thing shutting down my computer. Your support is terrible. I should be able to talk with someone without paying. I paid for this yearly subscription and have had nothing but problems. It's NOT my computer. I am going to cancel my subscription and write numerous articles instructing people not to purchase this program. I'm pissed and really tired of this bullshit.

I had exactly the same blue screen, error information which started a timer allowing me to write down the pertinent information before the auto reboot. I went to the same windows page but found nothing useful. This happened less than 2 weeks ago. Checked the Geforce experience for an updated driver. This is all you can do. The blue screen has not repeated again.

See this sticky: https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/80133.page#post_box_329489 . Attaching the DxDiag.txt as requested by Optodata on the next reply would be very helpful.

Hello,

Thanks for the info. I have updated my GForce video drivers and I'm still having the same problem. The last blue screen error said "Kernel Mode Heap Corruption" I'm really at a loss as to why this is still happening. The one time, all I did was open my project and clicked onto one of the segments and it froze and shut down again. I'm wondering if when I downloaded the program if it didn't download correctly. Maybe I should remove it and try downloading it again. My internet is 235 MBPS. I don't think that's the problem. I'm thinking it's the program. Maybe have them send me a disk to load it that way? Hell I'm at my witts end with this thing. This never happened with version 15.

Quote Is this an off-the-shelf computer from a major manufacturer (Dell, HP, etc.) or a custom build?

Is your processor over-clocked?

Have you gone to your graphics card's manufacturer's site (AMD, nVidia, Intel) and downloaded the latest drivers rather than trusting Windows 10 to do it?

Thank you for responding. I have an HP Omen Obelisk Desktop 875. I-7 8700 CPU at 3.20 GHz processor. 64 bit operating system, x64-based processor. It is Windows 10 and no, I've not tried to download most current drivers to the graphics card. I'll look into it.
I have a nVidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB card. I did find where I could adjust to High performance. Maybe that will do it.

Thank you.
I have owned PD 15 for a couple of years. Never had a problem. Bought a new computer that's a beast. 15 ran even better. Then I purchased 365. Dozens and dozens of times, right in the middle of a project, it will freeze and restart my computer. It's not always the same thing that will do it. Simple things like adding a transition will cause it. It's extremely frustrating !!!!! Can anyone help me with this. I've just written customer service hoping they can give me an answer.
