PowerDVD (previous versions) » PowerDVD 19 and region codes » Go to message
I was wondering. I have PowerDVD 19 Ultra and I have used it to convert some dvd's to region 1. The instructions say that I can do that 5 times, which I think I have done. The counter never went below 5 and I thought it was supposed to go down each time I used it. Does Cyberlink have a program which I can keep using?
