Same here. The e-mail lists the files to download and has the product key listed.
I never recieved the download link or key through the mail. It displayed it on screen once I purchased the software. I actually took a pic with my phone or I would have had nothing. I have spoken to Support and they do say there is an issue with my account profile. They are woking on it. They put me in touch with Nexway a partner of theirs. They said they sent the link but no luck. I recieved all the transcripts of the chat in my mailbox though.

But first check your e-mail's spam folder. Make sure the e-mail to you wan't misdirected. The e-mail providing you your key is generated immediately when you make your purchase.
Also check your spam folder for a reply from CyberLink's customer support. They have always responded to me within a few business days -- although, with the new version of the product just released, they may be a few days behind.
Good day. Thank you for your reply. I have the key and my order number. Chekcing spam folders is always my first step. Thanks. I just do not have the download link for the software itself. I have a trail version running on my pc at the moment but after some research I found out you cannot activate a trial version you have to use the link they supply. Apologies for posting on this forum but thanks for the info. was worth it.

I purchased PowerDirector 18 Ultimate online 26/09/2019 and have not recieved download link. I logged a support call with my purchase order number but it remains open with no response. I have tried phoning support several times with no answer. How can I get some support with the ticket and phone call method not working?
