Hi everyone

im hopeing someone can help, i have upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 on my laptop, its a fresh install so i lost all my pre sony software inc the dvd and blu-ray players.

i bought powerdvd 17 ultra from pc world at the weekend but i cant seem to get it to work, i have sound but no picture using normal dvds or blu-ray.

i have installed all the patches available on the cyberlink powerdvd software page and upgraded it but all the same, i have looked through the settings and disabled the video enhamcements but nothing works.

i know everything is working fine hardware wise as ive downloaded free trials etc.

im just at a loss.
