Has anyone run into this. I have PD 7 when I try to create a disc, does contain chapters I get towards the end of the process a message that reads:

Burning Failed error code eb020b8c

Any advice? Thanks Joe
Does anyone know whether when using Powerdirector 7 if I can import a mpeg4 file into the program to then bring in the time line, edit it and create a new mpeg 4 file? I was told by cyberlink I was not able to do this in version6 as each time I tried to produce or create a disc the computer would shut down. I've done all the steps they have asked including upgrading to version 7, however just tried to produce a file, and it shut down again? Any suggestions
Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help. I am running Cyberlink DVD Suite 6 w/powerdirector 6 on two compaq presario desktops. I've had both computers crash on me when running powerdirector, the last time it somehow corrupted my windows. I wasn't originally making the connection to powerdirector, but after bringing them to be checked/repaired, the IT guy's basically found nothing wrong w/the main program's besides some just general cleaning up. Got the computers home started to edit some video and it started again, the computer would just shut down in the middle of editing. After rebooting, tried to create a disc and same thing mid way through it shut down again on me. Have the same issue w/the other program. I'm pretty frustrated at this point, and would appreciate any help or feedback.

Thanks in advance - Joe
