Dear Talker, This is CyberLink customer support. I would like to follow up with the problem that you encountered. We were tried to install Power2Go 4 in XP MCE without problem. Can you provide me your CSID(ticket number)? You may provide me your e-mail address in PM for further assistance.

Dear JVC customers:

For the JVC EverioM8E3 users who purchased the PowerDirector 6 upgrade for JVC and receive the following error message during installation: "Unable to install upgrade! Your system must have PowerDirector 4 retail version....".

This problem has been fixed in the latest install version. Please contact CyberLink Customer Support and providing us with your order information (Purchase ID). A member of the Customer Support team will provide you with a new installation version.
