Greetings! Wanted to go on record to say I started to experience the same problem on PD17. I've used PD 15 and 17, produced dozens of edits and suddenly yesterday this problem started. I submitted a support ticket and hadn't heard anything so came to the forums and was stoked to find this thread.
The rollback to version 24.20.100.6194 of the Intel Graphics driver worked and my movie is producing as I type! Looks like I was on version 25.20.100.6373 prior to the rollback.
