Were you connected to the internet at the time of opening the PD for the first time?



Yes, I was connected to internet all the time
I purchased PD 17 ultimate yesterday and downladed successfully all 13 files following the instructions received along the purchase confirmation letter. When I try to open the program clicking on the PD 17 logo at my computer desktop it is supposed that a window displays where I have to enter my product key in order to activate it. Instead, the displayed window displays this message: "CyberLink PowerDirector has not been activated. Please send your purchase information to CyberLink so that our support team can help you to solve this problem".
Is that the normal way to get PD 17 activated? Or am I having an issue that requires technical support to be solved?

I have posted an inquiry to CyberLink support Team and I am waiting for an answer or advice, but here I just want to know from other users wether this is an usual problem.
