Great !! Thats new. I did the same Procedure as you and yes you are right i use PowerDVD since many Years (started with Number 7)

I dont wanna try it again since a knew that there is a limited number you can install the Software.

I can Play almost every BluRay, DVD e.g. so i simply skipped the update.

What you mean with IMP File. An IMP file is a project created by Logotron Imagine, an educational tool used by students to develop creative skills

Yes that was EVER the Problem with Cyberlink.
The replys are useless for me because there is no INP FIle on my Computer.
Did you reed that Reply that they did not receive any messages that there are a Problem with the Update ??

If ONE Customer has the Problem they should care about it !!

But that WAS, IS and ever will be Cyberlink. Pay for the Stuff and then forget us,

Get the same Problem when i install the newest Patch.
And yes i reinstalled the Program 2 Times. Virus in only Windows Defender but i have the 1809 October Windows Update.

PowerDVD_18.0.2202.62_Patch_DVD180424-07

Dont know that theres a limit for reinstsllation. How many time can i reinstall it ???

And i bought it directly via Cyberlink DOWNLOAD.

So any suggestions ??? If no it works well without the Patch

When you reinstalled the program, did you use something like REVO Uninstaller (PRO) to get rid of all traces of the previous install? You may want to try that or somethinng like that to get rid of everything including the inp files if they are assocated with PDVD. If you select to use REVO, there is a free trial of the PRO. Use the MODERATE Mode only.

Reinstall the program making sure your antivirus is off.

Just for information, did you buy the download directly from Cyberlink or a disc from Cyberlink or a disc or download from a third party?
