I have the same problem, and in the marketing info published online, it definitely says that I can use my subscription on windows and mac, one license covers two machines.

So I cannot accept that this has to be a new subscription, the Cyberlink marketing info is misleading.

Using technical differences as an excuse is very poor - as a user you buy the software system, and you also buy the Cyberlink promise that it can be used on two machines, windows, and mac
