Even though I have PD 9 on my machine and have an order confirmation number, the unlock key there is no PD 9 anywhere on my products list page
There was yesterday with a question or? not clickable
The contents page shows 791,891 download and shows "application" the partial downloads just show partial not application

Just ran install again, goes throught setup process, instlalls smartsound button "Finish" comes up, click that and the icon dissappears nothing loads nothing runs, just nothing
When I try to delete the partial downloads message says no because IE is usng?

It is on your computer somewhere. Do a Search for "Cyberlink" on your computer.
Cyberlink usually puts their name in the download exe.
Thanks for the assist, when I do that I get a large list of partial downloads for both PD9 and the contents package, when I click on the "application" file (the whole contents download it just trys to reinstall?
sometimes I get a SAVE which should be the correct button then there is a choice of SAVE AND RUN
I can't get either just an atempt to reinstall????????????
I am plling up my downloads locating the "application" line which shows the contents download at 702, when I click that it wants to reinstall

finally got my contents download (I think) no help from we know who, now where is the stuff, can't find it, is it within the PD9 or? got a download verification and install verification

still no second part of my paid for software
weekend+Monday+ Tuesday for a 15 second fix
Instructions do say if you need a re download go to............. check order status...............NOTHING THERE
nor in my products list NOTHING THERE except old software

PD 8 is there in all my lists PD 9 nowhere to be found

Well they are trying, got an email to download, followed instructions
contray to the message received I could not find a download button anywhere, nor could I find either of my duplicate orders on the check order status deal NOTHING THERE
as before nothing like spending a weekend on a 15 minute procedure
Add a Monday to that
still don't have my complete purchase

I got the first which is PD9 Ultra? Which is the toop button, but not the second button/download it failed, what is in that part of the software?

The companyss major marketing is having their software in retail computers, which means that thousands if not millions pull up the software, just fiddeling around, so by nature they will have a ton of questions, all which usually irritate moderators, besides that many of the regular users by thier nature do not read all the avaiable hints, tips, and instructions, myself if I buy a new camera or whatever, if I ever do look at the instruction book I only do that when stuck. SO the moderators need to enlist the help of the more knowledgeable posters to assist them, not chase them from the forum
ANYTHING under the conmpany banner refelcts directly to that company and its marketing
If there is no monitering of this forum by executives at Cyberlink THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS

now all I need is the second part of the download that failed for some unknown reason

I would recommend to the head guys that they should have someone on call to handle issues like the one we just had
Heck all it would take is a phone call to that person, then he would have to make a call ot two to fix the problem, after all I would think that most users are active on the weekends, at least most non-professional users
WE REALLY NEED TO GET CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AND "SERVICE" UP TO THE SAME LEVEL AS THE SOFTWARE WHICH IS GREAT

2nd best is to fix them quickly when they do become a problem
technical talent and customer appreciation should not be on different sides of the ball

I had to fix my own problem.
Now I was on the group rifle team in Europe when I was a GI so refund my second full payment for onehalf of my purchase( so far) It is $70.50? due immediately to me..... really easy to do with PayPal, takes about 15 seconds

Looks my self initiaed problem worked I did get my downloaD (PARTIALLY AT LEAST)
But I did get billed twice from my PayPal account, which is another easily correctable flaw with the download and purchase procedure a first grade programmer should have that in the software as a courtesy TO THE CUSTOMER
Used to be the old "If Then" command in the software
just about every customer service oriented company would have that in there ESPECIALLY FOR A DUPLICATE ORDER
Just checked my other computer the 702 meg download failed "RETRY" would not work
Nothing like spending a weekend on a 15 minute project

OK I went through the purchase again paid with PayPal again looks like I got a good download of the purchased software, DID NOT GET THE SECOND purchased software (the second button down on the download page (Green Button)
Hopefully the main program is OK I will need a refund from you if I was charged twice.

In the interest of good customer service if I were the head guy I would grant the folks with issues a reasonable discount fot their time and stress
After 35 years in retail with 10,000 customers a week I had exactly TWO customers who I had issues with
All you need to do is authorize another download, that would only take about 15 seconds SO DO IT
