Thank You!!! I originally clicked preferences of the saved snapshot file in order to change how the snapshot opened AFTER it was saved. This was not the answer.
The answer was adjusting the preferences in Power Director BEFORE taking the snapshot. Once I redirected the preferences to save as jpeg, I proceeded to take the snapshot, and it saved immediately as a printable file. Thank you, you were very much help!
I have trimmed some snapshots from my video but I can't seem to figure out how to actually print them. The file saves under only the pdf file which directs it back to the power director software, and I see no opportunity for printing there either. SURELY IF THERE IS THE ABILITY TO MAKE A SNAPSHOT, THERE MUST BE A WAY TO PRINT THEM???? I hope? Deb
