In fact it is only the fault of PDVD Ultra, because DVBviewer Pro (PC TV SAT application) can use the 2 screen for displaying 1920x1080i H264 : full screen nativ on the extended screen (first monitor 1920x1600 HDMI HDCP) and windowed or full screen underscaled on the primary screen (2nd monitor 1280x1024 DVI) all this using Cyberlink Codecs comming with PowerDVD Ultra.
All under/over scaling operation made by the ATI HD2600XT (CCC 7.12) in theater mode.
Other PDVD cant select, manualy or automaticly, the good monitor to display HDCP movies.
Testing with the advisor the problem is the same, by default it test only the primary display, it is necessary to run 2 times on the secondary display to verify his capabilities.
