I've had trouble importing VRO files into Power Director 6. Cyberlink are being very helpful and at their invitation I've sent 2 VRO files to Taiwan for them to look at. VRO users unite, eh?

Oops - all my fault. These files have AC3 sound which isn't catered for in the free trial version.

I can't use a 3.1 GB, 1 hr 30 min VRO file I've imported from my hard drive. When I move beyond the first hour in order to edit it, the program becomes unstable, responds very slowly or stops, or loses synch between video and sound. The file can be imported into, and behaves perfectly, in Windows Movie Maker. I'm using the 30-day trial version of Power Director 6 on a Toshiba Qosmio running Vista Ultimate.
Help please.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with Cyberlink?
