Quote Finally we have this sorted. We had to remove all Cyberlink programmes - then uploading Youcam6 with an activation code - free from site. Then we reclicked on the original upgrade V7 link - then ....joy! it finally installed and works as it should.

Where was this located on their site? I am in the same boat. I have my YC6 email with product key and download URL but when I go it says expired. Still can't see how the YC7 upgrade just does not ask for the YC6 product key instead of putting us through this frustration.

Any help is appriciated.
