Quote Will below link help? Someone says lower down the writting speed can prevent burning fail problem.

PowerProducer only lists 2x for write speed - it won't let me choose a lower speed
I have a new LG BP50NB40 DVD/Blue-Ray writer and trying to burn a DVD with the included OEM CyberLink MediaSuite (patched to PowerProducer 5.5 on Windows 10) which yields this eb130581 error during the burn step.

There are several very old threads (from 2009) mentioning this error code, but I don't have a solution (I tried creating disk files first, then burning that; this also fails. I can't reduce the write speed; the options only list 2x). I tried both DVD-r and DVD+RW (on the RW disk, I get an EB020B86 error).

PowerProducer does work on an older internal DVD writer on the same computer, and I can play the generated DVD on the new LG external drive. But I want to move up to writing Blu-ray.

I've uninstalled/resinstalled etc. Is there some way to resolve this error?
