Quote The audio in the clip is Dolby Digital 5.1 which is not supported in PD19/365. You can get the audio to work two different ways. One is to remove the last Windows 10 update or apply the Hotfix posted in the sticky section : https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/84986.page .

Magic!

This solved the problem.
I have use the Hotfix trick.
Appart from the problem solved, I'm very happy to have learned this new tool - CybelinkCommunity Forum!
I must state that you responded and solved my problem quicker than the official support to whose response I'm still waiting...
Thanks a lot!

Quote Most likely it's a codec issue. Video editors don't use codecs the same way media players do.

Open your clip in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of that report and paste it to this forum. Once we see the full specs of the video we'll better be able to advise you.

Thanks Steven.
Pls see if I've done correctly:

Hello all!

I have a clip which plays well on my computer in all apps and programs, but whenever I place it inside a Pdr project it has no sound, and it mutes other audio tracks as well in the project.
Only when I uncheck that track's audio box, other tracks return to life.

Any ideas?
When trying to finish my project by producing it directly into Facebook I usually get 1st time a failure message. Only on second attempt it works.

Support doesn't give me a satisfactory explanation.

Anyone here knows/has encountered such a thing?
