When the split out sections are removed, the action shifts suddenly at the split points to create that fake stop motion effect. Here's an example:

There's no instant way to do this in PDR, as far as I know, but it's easy to accomplish.

I am not familiar with PD15 so ... maybe someone that is can tell you if that is an 'effect' or not that is provided.

If it is not provided... like I said, looks like you could just go into your timeline and split, delete sections then drag the clips that trail the sections you just deleted - drag them to the left to 'butt them up against' the end of the clip to the left.

If any of that makes sense?!?!?!?

I am trying to find which effect is applied on the youtube video from the link below. Starts at 00:30" and goes up to 00:44" (seconds). I thought it was Stop-Motion effects but I think is either something else or I am using an incorrect setting.
