Admittedly ain't read all of that thread, but it would appear PD14 can't handle multi channel audio MP4. Only showing the first channel (which is all I can get PD12 to show)

Looks like I'll be jumping ship to other software if that's actually the case, but I'll wait till have uploaded a sample for others to once again test.
Quote: Why not (please provide) give a sample video with your multi-channel audio and allow members to experiment with the situation? I can also pass on the data to CyberLink and ask them work on a possible solution.
MKV is a multi-audo track format PDR recognizes.

Didn't even think of adding a sample, will do it soon as I'm home from work.
Surely somebody has the answer?
Ladies and gentlemen,

I was wondering if you could help me here.

I record gameplay via OBS Multiplatform which allows me to record multiple audio streams for example mic and game sound separate on an MP4 format.

Now I currently use PD12 which has an extract audio option, but for some reason jt extracts one channel only, not the 2 there should be.

So I'm left separating the audio using a very long winded process, slowing down my production time massively.

So my questions are this.....

Is PD14 capable of separating all audio channels? New Adobe premiere, Sony Vegas etc are all capable of it.

So looking to upgrade to software that will let me extract all the audio, hoping PD14 does because I'd like to stick to what I know as it has all the features I require but this one.

Thanks for the help advance folk.
