Has anyone else had problems installing theis patch? It sticks at 14-16% with me, and I have to terminate the process in task manager.

I have Ultra version 1808.60, bought as previous version from Cyberlink (not OEM etc.) and upgraded by purchases from Cyberlink direct.

Program advises me to upgrade when opened; I download the downloader prog which fetches the patch. When run the patch decompresses the files and commences upgrade. This sticks at about 14-16% and I have to terminate it using task manager.



I haven't found any other reference to this problem. Am running latest Windows 10 creators edition on a newish PC with plenty of resources free.
