Hi,
I have exactly the same problem, i am trying to burn a blu ray disc with Power2Go 5.0 and the application crashes before even going to actual burning stage.
I copy a local folder in my HD (24GB) to Power2Go clipboard, then it goes to verify stage after finished it goes to preparing and that's where it crashes at a certain percentage, i have noticed that if i lower the amount of data to be burn ( lower it to 17 GB) its able to finish, but i need to do fully use of the storage capacity of a blu ray disc.
My system is a P4 3.0 GHz, XP Pro, 2 GB RAM, i have contacted cyberlink support but they have not been able to help me.
do any of you have some advice?
