Having unchecked the box in question from the "Video, Audio, Subtitles" tab, the "Information" tab still displays that DXVA is in use when checked during Blu-ray playback, whereas the same tab indicates that DXVA is not in use during DVD playback. I'm using Windows 10 (64-bit), if it makes a difference.

The title covers it. It's just a simple question. Unchecking the "Enable Hardware Acceleration" box in the settings menu does nothing, and I can't seem to find an option for it in my OS settings.

My DXDiag is already in the original post. Did you not even read it?
And pictures won't help. Motion interpolation can only be seen in motion, and in this case, it's not even happening so I can't even take a picture of it if I could.

Okay, I have an update. One of the DVDs that does NOT work correctly has menus that incorporate motion (specifically, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 1, Vol. 1), and I just noticed something odd: The menus DO have TrueTheater Motion working on them. But the episodes themselves will not show the same effect, even with the box checked and not greyed out. Does this help narrow down the problem any?

Hi eruntalon3434,
Please contact the technical support.
Greetings,
Hicham
I did. The response was in broken English and only suggested that I change the deinterlacing method, which is impossible because it says right there in the help file that when video enhancements are turned on, the choice of deinterlacing methods is disabled.
I came here because technical support didn't help.

On certain DVDs, the Truetheater Motion feature does not work while deinterlacing is enabled. In other words, there is no noticeable motion-smoothing unless deinterlacing is manually disabled, at which point the motion is smoothed, but interlacing artifacts make the video unwatchable. When deinterlacing is re-enabled, motion-smoothing ceases again. This happens regardless of the deinterlacing method.
I have not been able to determine a pattern between which DVDs work and which do not work, so as an example: Classic Media's "Godzilla Raids Again" features WORKING Truetheater Motion, while Shout! Factory's "The Transformers: The Complete First Season" DOES NOT unless deinterlacing is disabled. The only steps required to reproduce this issue are to begin playback, turn Truetheater Motion on, and see if it's working or not. If not, disable deinterlacing and Motion will work. The problem is that both will not work at the same time.
There is no error message displayed, and since the problem can only be seen in motion, I can't provide a relevant image. I've attached my DxDiag file on the offchance that it may be helpful.
