I have checked those things.
I have also raised a support object with Cyberlink,
though I do understand I might have to wait some
more into the new year.
I don't know why my version of the program
can't play my region 4 (DVD) or B (Blu ray)
disks. It may need some kind
of update from you guys.
I am hoping to get it working, since
my Pro version of version 15 of PowerDVD
was paid for.

I have done these things already.
I can play DVDs only on my copy of videoLan.
I have my HDCP monitor.
Yet I cannot get powerDVD to play either.
It can access my D: Blu-Ray drive,
but doesn't seem to understand enough
to play my disk. Help, please?
(I chose not to pay for the Ultra version
of powerDVD 15, yet this program should at least play my disks).

I have installed my pay version of Cyberlink PowerDVD 15 Pro version (not Ultra) and
have successfully put in my product activation key.
I am in Australia.
I get an error 101 message and am told that the program
'does not recognise the disk'.
I have used both valid DVD and blu ray disks, and obtain
the same message. Can someone tell me
how to fix this?
I have removed and reinstalled the program, in Windows 64 bit,
and am still finding the same problem.
I also find that a background process of the program
itself doesn't close down, such that I
get an error upon exiting and then loading
powerDVD a second time.
How may I play Blu ray or DVD disks?
