Here is a ME Too I had the same issue.
After removing GeForce Experience the crashes stopped.

My time spent prior to finding this - 20 hours
removed PDR 11 and 12 , updating NVidia drivers, removing MS KB patches, update from PDR 13 to 14 $$
combing Process monitor logs, sending crash logs to boomerang with contact info attached etc.
