I purchased Powerdirector 13 Ultimate/Audio Director 5 back around June and had been using it for a couple months when I ran into computer issues that couldn't be resolved, resulting in me having to get a new one. Only just this week had I saved up the money to get a new pc, but now I can't find anywhere to download the programs.
Am I no longer allowed to redownload my purchase to my new computer?
I've checked the products, downloads, and store page, and the only thing it will show me are the newest versions, which I simply do not have the money to upgrade.
