For vacations I put the GoPro on the windshield and capture the trip. When I see something interesting I add the hilight tag and maybe say something if the tag isn't obvious. I recently made the Amtrak ride from LA to Portland. Now I have 17 hours of video to go through looking for the notable parts. I've been setting the speed to x16 to shorten the video except for the parts that are interesting. Also the hilight tag works for tracking where we are at. I add a tag then audio for position (town/train station) so I can add a title overlay in the video.

Is there a way to read the hilight tags when importing video shot with GoPro?
