Still no reply to my support ticket.....no sense of urgency on their part at Cyberlink.....very disappointed......and they want me to upgrade to a newer version?
Just sent opened a support ticket for my PowerDirector 11 issue. Same as everyone else in this thread. It used to work fine....now not at all.

I have the same issue with PD11. Can't upload to YouTube.
Haven't heard anything. Any news would be welcome. How bout a free upgrade to PD13 for those that are suffering....or does that have the same issue at PD11 & 12?
