PowerDVD (previous versions) » Version 12 - No longer playing Blu-Rays OR regular DVDs as of 04/19/15 » Go to message
I tried to play a dvd for my daughter this afternoon and it came up saying it could not play and asked me to connect to the internet and enter the product key and activation code. When I went to connect to the internet the message suddenly disappeared and the movie started playing only without any picture. I have no idea what is going on and I cant get back to the message asking me to enter any codes. any help would be greatly appreciated.
