I have created a highlight video of my son playing sports. There are times in the video where I want to either put a circle around him or shine a spotlight on him briefly so that he stands out to the viewer and doesn't get lost in the crowd. However in PowerDirector13 I am not able to locate this functionality. If anyone knows how to do this, I would appreciate any pointers. Thanks!
