Bought a JVC HDD camcorder last week, with it came a disk for my PC to edit clips power director express 5. problem is that it doesnt! ie you cant do multi trim or use 90% of the program functions. have i been sent a trial?or should i actually have the correct software in order to use the camera on a pc. i am a silver member what ever that means and was sent a 14 digit cd key to enter into 28/30 digit activation field. anyone out there able to help. I have written to cyberlink, JVC next!
