I seriously wouldn't bother contacting customer support, I did about 6 months ago with the same activation key problem, I was asked for more information which I sent, then asked for screenshots of what was being asked for which I also sent. I have never heard from CyberLink since.

I bought and downloaded both Media Suite 8 and later PowerDVD 10 from CyberLink so they have no excuse for not issuing me with a new 30 digit code, instead they chose to ignore me.
