I created a DVD movie that is made of .jpg images that has transitions and motion, and music. When viewing the DVD some of the images become pixelated on the face of the people in the clip. Most of the clips are about 8'seconds long but the pixelation comes and goes during the clip. If there are 3 people in the photo, each face gets pixelated in sequence . Person 1 will get a pixelated face and then clear up, then person 2 gets a pixelated face and then clears up, and so forth. I am wondering if this facial regognition has something to do with this. When previewing the movie on the timeline, I don't see any pixelization.
Does anyone know the cause of this issue?
