*** Microsoft has pulled KB3004394 and released a fix for systems that still have it installed.

Hello, folks.

This week's batch of Windows updates made watching Blu-ray movies impossible for some PowerDVD 10 users (or all?). If you tried to watch a Blu-ray movie PowerDVD 10 displayed a "Integrity of Cyberlink PowerDVD 10 at risk" message and that was the end of it.

It seems that there was one update that caused the issue: December 2014 update for Windows Root Certificate Program in Windows.

To get PowerDVD 10 to play Blu-ray movies again, uninstall "Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3004394)".

You can do that in Windows 7 via Control Panel > Programs and Features > View installed updates. Locate KB3004394 and right-click on it to uninstall.

KB3004394 has caused all kinds of issues: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_update/windows-update-kb3004394-issues/ace25277-7f65-4486-bc44-c1b106907a18
One possible but *highly not recommended* solution is to simply uninstall all of the latest Windows updates.

But I think I'll just use free trial versions of other Blu-ray players and hope that a patch that fixes this issue gets released.
I also have the same problem on Win7 64-bit. Tried to uninstall/reinstall/patch, but no luck.

I believe this was caused by this week's batch of Microsoft security updates (via Windows Update).
