So here's the question. Does PD 13 solve the problem of scaling, or do we have to wait for PD14?
As much as I like PD, I may have to purchase another company's product to get one that functions as it should.

"Thanks for the bump. I doubt you'll see any change in PDR12 (certainly not PDR11). The User Interface (UI) for PDR12/11 is fixed around images etc and scaling-up, as you've found, doesn't happen. Whatever CyberLink has planned for the UI in PDR13/14, I'm sure they're now aware a change will have to take place to accommodate the higher pixel screen resolutions. We'll have to wait and see.

Wait a minute. I just ordered PD12, and I have yet to edit a single video. Are you saying I now have to upgrade to a newer version to get what I should have gotten to begin with?
If this is the case, then my purchase is like throwing money out the window.
