I have my video ready. When I try to submit the video it want to know the powerdirector video url. What is that?

I produced a movie, put it on you tube. I don't know how to get it on the I love travel submission site. I have clicked produce online you tube. and it comes back and says it could not upload the video. There has got to be some easy way to do this. I've only been doing videos since 2000. I have had Cyberlink for only a month. I have always used Adobe Premiere. Help
