In older PD versions, there was a 3rd party pack called New Blue Motion Effects that could be purchased separately, and it had several effects like motion blur, shear energy and zoom blur. You can download a trial version from here and see if it might work for you.

This can be accomplished in After Effects but I was hoping for an easier way of doing it.

Is there an easy way in PD365 to create a motion trail or echo effect like in adobe after effects of let's say someone skateboarding or running?
I thought motion blur was the answer but it seems to be only for tracking and blurring. Thanks.
