sorry for the late reply. I was able to get mine to work. i had the monitor hooked up with a display port at first. I was under the impression that using the display port was just fine. what I did was hook the monitor up using the dual link DVI. Once I did that Powerdvd recognized the monitor and the nVidia 3D vision. one weird thing though to note: every time i go to watch a 3D movie the process dlhost.exe starts running and will just eat up all 16 gigs of memory if i dont close it. sometimes i have to close it a number of times before it goes away. i have done many virus scans and used malwarebytes and they find nothing. i am using windows 7 ultimate. I dont know what to do to correct this.
Hello all. I need help. I just bought the nVida 3d kit and and Asus vg248qe. I havent had a problem with using the 3d in games etc.. My problem is with using them with powerdvd 14. I just bought the program. I saw on the nVida web page that they suggest your program for use with 3d Vision. I just spent $98 plus for this program. Ever single time I chose 3d vision I get a message telling me that the content or device does not support this format and wont let me use this option. You can imagine my disappointment right now.

Can anyone help me out with this? what is it that I am missing? is it possible to get a refund and go with another company that works with 3d vision? I am really at a lost right now. this saddens me a whole lot.

thanks for your time
chris
