never mind. i managed to find a way around it by using either mkv or mp4 custom profiles.
i've been working on this for the past few hours and scouring the web and these forums for an answer.
i want to output my videos at 30fps.
i primarily work with web video and 30fps is perfect for what i do.
most if not all the other programs i work with output video at 30fps.
i don't want to convert all my clips to 29fps.
in many cases this messes up the audio timing.

is there any way i can change the fps to 30 for timeline and file output.
everytime i look at the properties of any outputted format its always 29fps.

if i can't change this, then i may have to seek a refund.
