[quotePostId=336869]Hi

Please can you let me know when powerdvd 20 will be released as I don't want to purchase 19 only to find out
20 is released straight after?

Thanks[/quotePostId]

Jeepers i just "upgraded" to 19 for 59.99 2 days ago!! got a "special" offer notice in my older software.
Quote I'm wondering if this trick works.

Uninstall powerdvd 19 first, and then reboot Windows in safe mode.

Reinstall powerdvd 19 in the safe mode to check it out.

Well so what I did (before I saw your reply) was Ctr/alt/delete out of the install, rebooted, and double clicked on the icon and it worked (put in my key code, registered it) and everything went well???? found the update patch for version 19, that installed perfectly and have been using all the features with 0 problems. So I guess i'm good to go? Pretty Strange, Not Ideal, but happy in the end. Thank you for replying to my question.
Hello,
I purchased the upgrade and the install keeps getting stuck at 96% I figured after and hour it wasn't going to install. I have Uninstalled, reboot and same thing? Any ideas?
Hello,
Just upgraded from Power2Go 8 that was bundled with my Pioneer BDR-XD07B. I have made playable Blu-rays from lesser programs. I keep getting the message file format invalid when loading the working .MKV file? Any idea's?
