Thanks for your help, everyone! I deeply appreciate it!
Thanks, Justin! I deeply appreciate the reply. So everyone has this problem with "modern" equipment? I was concerned it was my hardware! Please advise. Again, thanks!
Thanks in advance, everyone! I deeply appreciate the help.

I just purchased and installed Cyberlink Power DVD 13 last week. I tried playing a regular Blu Ray on my PC today--it was Prometheus--and received the following message after pressing play: "Your display device's refresh rate does not match the content you are playing back. Do you want Cyberlink Power DVD to auto change the refresh rate for better playback performance?" I hit yes, and it plays just fine. However, I'm concerned because my monitor does support 1920X1080P @ 60HZ. Here are my specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3GHZ/Asus Maximus Formula Intel X38 chipset Motherboard/ 4GB of DDR 2 RAM / GeForce GTX 550Ti / Samsung S24C57OL 23.6 inch HD Native 1920X1080P LED monitor / Windows 8 Pro with Media Center / Asus BD-Rom drive model: BC-12B1ST

My monitor is connected to my video card via an HDMI cable. And before I run Cyberlink, I open my graphics settings, and it shows my monitor running @ 60HZ. However, when I open a regular Blu Ray disc, and it prompts me with the question above, and I say yes, it changes my monitor to 59HZ. It changes it back to 60HZ when I exit Cyberlink Power DVD.

Again, any insight would be deeply appreciated! Is this normal? Etc... Many thanks!
