Hello I want to buy a new pc.
It's difficult to make the good choice.
I'm thinking of this configuration:
- MSI ATX Moederbord X99A SLI Plus
- Intel Haswell-E Core i7 5820K 3.30GHz 15MB Box
- Cooler Master Processor Koeler Hyper 412S AMD & Intel
- Kingston 4x8GB, DDR4, PC21300, CL15, HyperX FuryMSI
- Videokaart PCI-e GeForce GTX960 Gaming 2GB
- Samsung SSD 2.5", 500GB, SATA600, 850 EVO
- Seagate Harddisk 3.5" Desktop 4TB, SATA600, 5900rpm
- Cooler Master Voeding V550s 550W, Modulair
- Microsoft Windows 10 Pro EN 64bit OEM
I want to use it for editing full HD 1920x1080 MTS file's.
With my current configuration i have many times some shot time i have to wait before the mouse reacts again.
I would like to know what you people think of this configuration.

Hello,
This morning i had a lot crashes from PD14 build 14.0.2019.0
What seems to be the problem.
I add some speed to a clip with Action Camera Center. After Ok i get back in the edit screen and PD crashes.
After some trails I found that if you have an effect on the clip this will happens.
CONCLUSION: At the moment I only can add speed if the clip is not editted with sonethingelse as a effect or transition.
I hope that a patch will come for this.

I start with a big project with a lot of theme designer in it.
I'll report back in this item.

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with theme designer. What is happening?
I make a edit with several theme templates.
Add some other items like a title and som partikels behing the title.
Render the movie in WMV
Save everything.
The after a time I want to edit the movie.
I open the project and edit.
When I then save it looks like the saving goes ok.
At the end Powerdirector crashes.
Nothing saved! Urggggh
I have had this already several times.
Everytime when I have an edit with a lot (let´s say more then 10) theme templates in one block.
Anybody the same problem?
Or a solution?

This still happens.
If i have made a movie with theme designer and save it then everything is ok.
If I want to edit afterwards it still is ok.
If i want to save then the system crashes at the end of saving.
Any ideas?

Hello,
I was making a video with PD13. It started with a edit with the theme designer. Have been editting a half a day. Produced this part. Two days later a started editting again with this project. Then it everytime crashed almost directly but mstly with saving.
After trying lot it still didn't work.
Then I deinstalled the Powerdirector suite and reinstalled it. Applied the patche up to 2307 again.
But still this problem.
Grrrrrrr
Then i tried to make a new project and saved.
Everything was OK.
Editted this project and OK again.
Conclusion my project file is corrupt in some way.
After trying it appeared to be the part in the project with the theme designer.
Then I removed this part and everything is OK again.
CONCLUSION: If you have problems first test with a new project before de- and reinstall etc.
