Yes, i did update the software...
Hello,

i just bought a new computer and i ordered the Cyberlink Media Suitee 10.

Now i am trying to play a Blueray and it jsut won't work. I Already regret buying this software. No Bluray works...i've tried different titles already. The error is always the same that it cannot access the drive and that something must be broken. I should reinstall the programm (which i did like 10 times already!)..

On top of that (or related to this, i do not know) i cannot change BR-Region. It shows me that there are 0 changes available....on a brand new computer...way to go!

How can i fix it VERY FAST??
Or how can i get my money back from this rip-off?
