I am trying to create videos that will play on all DVD players. Right now some of my DVD (-R) will not play on all devices. Anyone have any suggestions ? I was told DVD -ROM is the answer but how do I create one with power director or even windows

Does any one have any recommendation how I make text, like credits, scroll from the bottom of the screen to the top and then scroll of the top ?
